Our client, Value Retail Maasmechelen Village is part of an international luxurious shopping destination with 11 shopping Villages throughout Europe and China.
For the shopping destinationin Maasmechelen Village, we are looking for a Hospitality Agent.
About the role
As the Hospitality Agent you are passionate about connecting with people and your key responsibility is to bring the guests the best shopping experience in the world - ‘Every single guest is unique and special’.
Functie
- You welcome guests as part of the Hospitality Team and create moments of delight
- You are interested in building connections with all VIP guests in order to be able to personalize their journey
- You show up as a proud ambassador of Maasmechelen Village and drive for guest service excellence
- You promote the Village & it’s boutiques
- Support hospitality initiatives and events

To be successful, you’ll have :

- Willing to be part of a flexible work schedule
- You have a accurately and punctually working attitude
- You convince people through your positive attitude, your hands-on mentality and your problem solving mindset
- Fluently in Dutch, French & English. Any other languages are highly desirable
- You have a Bachelor Degree
